Terms of Service

You need an account to use QuadNotes, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. QuadNotes is intended for college students and adults, and is not directed to children under 13.

The notes, dates, reminders and other details you save stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the purpose of running QuadNotes for you — organizing them, showing them back to you, and sending you the confirmations and reminders you asked for.

Please don't use QuadNotes to break the law, to store someone else's information without their knowledge, or to interfere with the service.

QuadNotes shows school dates and campus information gathered from official school sources. We work to keep it accurate, but schools change dates and details. Always confirm anything important with your school.

• Text Quad is optional. You turn it on by adding your mobile number and checking the consent box in Settings; it is never on by default, and saving a number alone does not enable it.
• Messages you may receive: confirmations of what you saved, occasional clarification questions, and reminders for items you asked Quad to track.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the reminders you request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also uncheck the consent box in Settings.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using the rest of QuadNotes — everything else keeps working exactly the same.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Where QuadNotes is offered as a paid subscription, the price and billing terms are shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time.

QuadNotes is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it isn't a substitute for official school communications. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. You may stop using QuadNotes and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that misuses the service.
